Anyone registered on or before October 31st will receive their first subscription box starting in November. Subscription boxes will ship out on / around the 1st of each month. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.
New subscribers will start their subscription service on the FOLLOWING subscription cycle. Ex: Subscribed on November 14th = First Shipment in December.

At this time we are unable to accommodate day custom delivery dates. All subscription boxes will be set to ship on / around the 1st of each month.

You may request up to three flavor changes per year. This helps us keep production consistent and keep orders fulfillment running smoothly.
